  • 重要的有机化工原料:对二甲苯是一种重要的有机化工原料,主要用于生产对二苯甲酸(PTA)、对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),进而生产聚对苯二甲酸酯(涤纶),还可用作溶剂以及医药、香料、油墨等行业的生产原料。目前我国已经成为世界上生产和消费对二甲苯的第一大国,最初,对二甲苯是从石脑油催化重整获得的石油芳烃中提取得到的,后来随着石油化工和煤炭焦化行业的发展,芳烃转化成为制备对二甲苯最直接最有效的生产手段。工业上通常以甲苯和C9芳烃为原料,采用甲苯歧化和烷基转移、二甲苯异构化、甲苯一甲醇烷基化以及吸附分离等工艺生产对二甲苯。 二甲苯异构化工艺是以不含对二甲苯的C8芳烃为原料,在催化剂的作用下发生异构反应使混合C8芳烃中的对二甲苯浓度达到平衡浓度,从而提高对二甲苯产量。二甲苯异构化技术工业化的约有10种,在芳烃生产上比较有竞争力的主要有UOP公司的Isomer工艺,Axens公司的Octafining工艺以及美国Mobil公司的MHAⅠ工艺。 Isomar工艺使用双功能催化剂(MgAPSO/ZSM-5)将乙苯临氢异构成二甲苯,克服了一带催化剂带来的腐蚀问题。中国石油辽阳石化分公司二期芳烃联合装置即采用该工艺。Axens
