  • 方法一:其制备方法是由苯酚直接氯化,氯化剂为次氯酸钠,得到间氯苯酚、对氯苯酚和邻氯苯酚,进行分离而得到间氯苯酚。 也可以用间氯苯胺重氮化,可以得到纯度较高的间氯苯酚。
  • 方法二:其制备方法有以下三种。 二氯硫酰作为氯化剂使苯酚氯化 将苯酚加热熔融后,温度降到40℃,慢慢加入二氯硫酰,约需40~50h,边搅拌边滴加二氯硫酰,待二氯硫酰加完后,再升温至30~40℃保温数小时,冷至室温,用水洗涤,再用碳酸钠洗涤和水洗涤得到的邻位和对位产品,然后减压蒸馏,分离,冷却结晶得到产品。 对氯苯胺重氮化 将对氯苯胺加入到反应器中,加入水、亚硝酸钠和硫酸,在0℃左右进行重氮化得到重氮盐,然后将重氮盐进行水解即得产品。 用氯气直接氯化 将苯酚加热熔融后加入铁粉等催化剂,控制一定的温度通入氯气,通入的氯气量要控制,通氯气结束后再保温数小时,冷却进行洗涤等后处理,然后再在减压下进行蒸馏,分离邻氯苯酚和对氯苯酚,冷却得到产品。 综上所述,3种方法中对氯苯胺重氮化法由于工艺复杂,成本较高,且废水较多,工业上已很少使用;二氯硫酰法在铁催化剂存在下进行氯化反应时间长,生产能力低,用二氯硫酰成本较高,但该方法对位异构体产率较高,达70%~75%,目前还有不少工厂采用此法;最近我国用氯气直接氯化法工艺流程简单,无须溶剂,投资少,同时成本较低,是一条经济合理的工艺路线,但该法生产对氯苯酚对设备腐蚀严重。
