  • 方法一:由苯酚与氯乙酸缩合后,经氯化而得。1.缩合将熔化的苯酚与15%氢氧化钠溶液混合,又将氯乙酸水溶液加碳酸钠中和,两者投入反应锅混合,加热回流4h。反应毕,加盐酸调至pH为2-3,搅拌冷却,结晶,过滤,冰水洗涤,干燥,得苯氧乙酸。2.氯化将苯氧乙酸和冰醋酸混合搅拌溶解,加入碘片,在26-34℃通氯。通氯结束后放置过夜,次日在冷水中析出结晶,过滤,用水洗至中性,干燥得成品。
