• 用途一:O-乙基磷酰二氯在农药上用于制备杀线虫剂灭线磷、苯线磷和杀菌剂敌瘟磷等。
• 方法一:O-乙基磷酰二氯的制备采用三氯氧磷与无水乙醇直接反应。 在搅拌和冷却的条件下，将无水乙醇滴加到等摩尔的三氯氧磷中，控制滴加温度在40℃左右，滴完后继续反应4h，边搅拌边抽出盐酸气。所得产品收率约90％，含量在91％以上。 由于反应产物活性很强，常温下遇水或醇易发生水解或醇解反应，生成相应的副产物。反应产生的HCl若不及时排出，长时间与原料乙醇接触也会发生副反应。副C 2 H 5 OH+HCl→C 2 H 5 Cl+H 2 O 为了减少这些副反应的发生，在工艺上常采取以下措施：①所用原料和反应体系必须无水，且要求反应在低温(O℃以下)和微压的条件下进行；②三氯氧磷一般过量30％～150％，有时还加入一定量的二甲苯作稀释剂，既有利于热的扩散，也防止生成二酯、三酯等副产物；③反应后在真空条件下(一般在2.66kPa)脱溶，并回收过量的三氯氧磷。
