  • 方法一:由环己醇经缩合、水解而得。将环己醇、硫脲和氢溴酸（40%浓度）按1：1：25mol比加入三口瓶中，于水浴在100℃搅拌回流50h以上。然后按氢溴酸量加入50%浓度的氢氧化钠水溶液，加热水解2-3h，取出静置分层，分出油层。水层用稀硫酸酸化，用乙酐萃取，萃取液和油层合并，加无水硫酸钠干燥，减压蒸馏，收集53-55℃（2.67kPa）馏分即得成品。
