  • 方法一:由苯胺经重氮化、偶合而得。将盐酸和碎冰投入反应锅,搅拌下加入苯胺,于5℃以下缓缓加入亚硝酸钠溶液。用淀粉碘化钾试纸测试,呈深蓝色则到达反应终点。在偶合锅中配制苯酚钠盐溶液,加入碎冰,搅拌下缓缓加入上述重氮化液,控制在15℃以下反应。加料完毕,继续搅拌20min。然后用稀盐酸调节pH为3-4,搅拌30min后离心过滤,滤饼用水洗至中性,干燥,得羟基偶氮苯。
  • 上游原料:稀盐酸 --> 淀粉-碘化钾试纸 --> 偶氮苯
  • 用途一:用作有机合成中间体和指示剂。
