  • 方法一:由丁烯醛和甲醇在碱催化下反应生成甲氧基丁醛，再经加氢而得。丁烯醛与甲醇的加成反应，即使使用过量的甲醇，到达平衡时转化率也只有95%，还有5%未反应的丁烯醛需要回收。反应一般在0℃左右进行2h。生成的甲氧基丁醛为50%的甲醇溶液，用乙酸中和后，采用镍催化剂，在100-130℃、约25MPa压力下边续旱灾行加氢。甲氧基丁醛非常不稳定，加氢时要加倍小心。
