- 方法一:由3-氯-1-丙烯与镁反应而得。在反应瓶中先放置镁屑，再滴入无水3-氯-1-丙烯和无水乙醚配成的溶液，然后加入一小粒碘搅拌，滴加5%的冷盐酸溶液，使氯化镁溶解在溶液中，分出醚层，进行蒸馏，水洗，用氯钙干燥，再经分馏蒸出乙醚和3-氯丙烯，收集59-60℃馏分，即为1,5-已二烯。
