• 方法一:由正已酰胺与氯化亚砜反应而得。将正乙酰胺与新蒸过的氯化亚砜回流反应1h，待氯化氢不再急剧逸出时，将反应液常压蒸除过量的氯化亚砜，放冷后，加无水乙醚萃取。取乙醚萃取液蒸除乙醚，所得产物进行蒸馏，收集161-163℃馏分，得己腈，收率86%。
