  • 用途二:用于医药工业,是合成磺胺类药物的主要原料
  • 产品特性:磺胺又称对氨基苯磺酰胺、磺酰胺、对苯胺磺酰胺、对磺酰胺苯胺。从乙醇水溶液中析出者为白色叶片状结晶或结晶性粉末,无臭,味先微苦而后甜,遇光变色。相对分子质量172.22。相对密度1.08。熔点165~166℃。不溶于苯、乙醚、氯仿,溶于水(g/l): 10℃时2.6、25℃时7.5、40℃时 17.0、60℃时40.0、100℃时477,也溶于乙醇,每 37ml乙醇可溶1g,每5ml丙酮可溶1g,溶于甘油、丙二醇,溶于盐酸及氢氧化钠(钾)溶液,磺胺水溶液石蕊试纸呈中性,0.5%的水溶液 pH=5.8~6.1。光照下颜色变深。人类大量服用磺胺,可引起恶心、呕吐、腹泻,对肝、肾造成影响,还能引起耳鸣、眩晕、头痛,甚至出现各种神经性症状,直至死亡。狗经口LD50 2000mg/kg。 【药效学】 作用机理是干扰病原微生物所需核酸的合成,使细菌缺乏营养而停止生长、发育和繁殖。对溶血性链球菌、葡萄球菌及脑膜炎球菌有抑杀作用。 【药动学】 口服易自胃肠道吸收,体内分布较广,能穿透血脑屏障进入脑组织,并能穿透胎盘屏障进入胎儿。排泄较快,主要以代谢物从肾脏排出。 【临床应用】 主要用于溶血性链球菌、葡萄球菌所致外伤感染,及局部创面感染等。 【用途】 本品为磺胺类药物中毒性较低者,对婴儿、妊妇、产妇及月经期间均可应用,但不得大量服用。对溶血性链球菌感染(丹毒、产褥热、扁桃腺炎)、尿道感染(淋病)等均有效;也是合成其他磺胺类药物的中间体(如磺胺脒、磺胺甲嘧啶及磺胺甲氧嗪等)。
