  • 生产方法:将100份菜籽油加入酸化釜中，在搅拌下滴加浓硫酸20份至25份，滴加温度控制在32～35℃，滴毕后继续搅拌3～4h。待磺化液呈浓厚泡沫状，可取数滴于小烧杯中，加水分散为透明液时即为终点。将磺化液放入中和釜，先用食盐水洗酸，在40～50℃下，搅拌10～20min。再用NaOH水溶液中和至pH值7.5～8.0。除去水层，油层经脱水后在高速搅拌下与高速机油、硫酸化蓖麻油混匀即得成品。
