  • 方法一:由联苯与氯乙酰反应后用高锰酸钾氧化而得。将联苯溶解在苯中,搅拌下缓缓加入无水三氯化铝,在微沸情况下滴加氯乙酰。加毕,继续保温搅拌2h。回收苯至尽,趁热将反应物倒入冰水中结晶。取结晶与高锰酸钾于90℃以下反应,过滤,用盐酸中和至pH为2,得粗品。再经乙醇重结晶、酸碱沉淀精制得到4-苯基苯甲酸。
