  • 方法一:本制备方法包括：溴化、除溴、吸滤、洗涤、干燥等工艺。 将溶剂二氯乙烷和碎铝片，加入反应釜中，搅拌下缓缓滴加1 400 kg溴，直至碎铝全部消失。将温度调至15 ℃，直至溴滴加完毕。 另外将180 kg二苯醚用二氯乙烷溶解，将其打入计量槽中。在搅拌下滴入溴溶液中。滴毕后继续升温至50 ℃时保温反应6 h。加水100 kg，并加适量的亚硫酸钠除去过量的溴。搅拌均匀后静置沉淀，吸滤，用水洗涤至中性。压滤，干燥得成品。反应式：
  • 用途二:十溴二苯醚产品主要用作添加型阻燃剂，含溴量大，热稳定性好、阻燃效能高，用途广泛，适用作聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS树脂、环氧树脂、PBT树脂、硅橡胶、三元乙橡胶及聚脂纤维、棉纤维等的阻燃剂。

  • 方法二:二苯醚在卤代催化剂（铁粉等）存在下，与溴反应而得。生产方法可有两种：1.溶剂法 将二苯醚溶于溶剂中，加入催化剂，然后加溴进行反应。反应毕，过滤、洗涤、干燥，即得十溴联苯醚。常用的溶剂有二溴乙烷、二氯乙烷、二溴甲烷、四氯化碳、四氯乙烷等。2.过量溴化法 即用过量溴作溶剂的溴化方法。将催化剂溶解在溴中，向溴中滴加二苯醚。反应结束后，将过量溴蒸出，中和、过滤，干燥即得成品。工业品为白色粉末，溴含量81-83%。原料消耗定额：二苯醚180kg/t、溴（99.5%）1400kg/t。
  • 用途四:添加型阻燃剂，用途广泛。可用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯以及硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶制品中。该品与三氧化二锑并用阻燃效果更佳，是无污染阻燃剂。该品作为阻燃剂在物性和经济性两方面都比较好。但其缺点是耐候性差，并会使树脂发黄。用于高冲击聚苯乙烯中的添加量为12%-15%。
