  • 方法一:其制备方法是将异戊二烯与浓盐酸在催化剂CuCl存在下反应，或异戊二烯中通入氯化氢均能得到1-氯-3-甲基丁烯-2和3-氯-3-甲基丁烯-1的混合物，后者经室温下转位可以得到1-氯-3-甲基丁烯-2。反应方程式如图： 在浓盐酸溶液中加入CuCl为催化剂，并进行激烈搅拌使其溶解，然后将温度控制在20℃以下，滴加异戊二烯，滴加完后维持20℃，再继续搅拌0.5h，反应结束，迅速分出有机层，用无水Na 2 CO 3 中和、干燥，常压蒸出未反应的异戊二烯及副反应生成的低沸物，然后减压蒸馏收集79℃/40 kPa馏分即为产品(氯代异戊二烯b.p.105～115℃)。也可用氯化氢通入异戊二烯，反应温度0～10℃，通氯化氢的温度-5℃，用气相色谱控制异戊二烯在反应液中含量以确定反应终点，转位是在室温下搅拌进行4h左右。
