  • 方法一:其制备方法是将异戊二烯与浓盐酸在催化剂CuCl存在下反应,或异戊二烯中通入氯化氢均能得到1-氯-3-甲基丁烯-2和3-氯-3-甲基丁烯-1的混合物,后者经室温下转位可以得到1-氯-3-甲基丁烯-2。反应方程式如图: 在浓盐酸溶液中加入CuCl为催化剂,并进行激烈搅拌使其溶解,然后将温度控制在20℃以下,滴加异戊二烯,滴加完后维持20℃,再继续搅拌0.5h,反应结束,迅速分出有机层,用无水Na 2 CO 3 中和、干燥,常压蒸出未反应的异戊二烯及副反应生成的低沸物,然后减压蒸馏收集79℃/40 kPa馏分即为产品(氯代异戊二烯b.p.105~115℃)。也可用氯化氢通入异戊二烯,反应温度0~10℃,通氯化氢的温度-5℃,用气相色谱控制异戊二烯在反应液中含量以确定反应终点,转位是在室温下搅拌进行4h左右。
