  • 方法二:桂醛还原法 在1份质量的苄醇中加入0.01份铝屑,加热至60℃反应放出氢气,温度升高至180℃,至停止放出氢气为止。苄醇铝溶液经冷却、过滤后加入到苄醇和桂醛的混合物(质量1:1)中。在0.0027MPa的条件下加热至沸,在80℃和回流比3~4下蒸出反应生成的苯甲醛,同时补加苄醇。直到蒸出理论量95%的苯甲醛后停止加料,并蒸出剩余的苄醇,然后蒸出肉桂醇粗品。再经减压精馏,收集117℃(7kPa)馏分,即为产品。 苏合香脂皂化法 桂醇以桂酸桂酯的形式天然存在于秘鲁香脂、安息香脂和苏合香脂中。将苏合香脂在10%的氢氧化钠溶液中加热皂化5h,再用乙醚萃取出水解产物桂醇,最后经减压蒸馏提纯而得成品。
