Appearance 白色斜方晶体或粉末。相对密度2.566。熔点＞1500℃。不溶于水，溶于浓盐酸、浓硝酸、碱和醇。580℃时较为稳定，1400℃时不熔融而成为胶状体。在室温至1200℃之间，磷酸铝有四种晶型，常见的为α型。

  • 方法一:水热合成法在带搅拌的中和反应器内，将铝酸钠加入热水中溶解成浓溶液，加热至85℃，再加入85%磷酸进行中和反应，生成白色沉淀，终点控制Ph在4.2～4.5，再将沉淀物和溶液送至带搅拌装置的高压釜中，在250℃下加热数小时后进行离心分离。将固体物送入洗涤槽，先用稀盐酸溶液洗涤，再用清水洗涤数次，除去水溶性杂质，经过滤、干燥，制得磷酸铝成品。离心分离的母液成分为磷酸二氢钠，经回收处理副产磷酸二氢钠。其 2H3PO4+NaAIO2→AlPO4+NaH2PO4+2H2O 复分解法将磷酸三钠和硫酸铝分别在溶料槽内用85～95℃的水溶解，再用板框压滤机过滤，除去非水溶性杂质。将此两种溶液以适当的浓度和摩尔比[A12(SO4)3/Na3 PO4=1：3]送人反应釜内进行复分解反应，使生成白色胶状磷酸铝沉淀，然后用板框压滤机直接进行液固分离。分离出的母液中回收硫酸钠，留在压滤机内的磷酸铝用稀盐酸溶液洗涤，再用清水洗涤数次，除去硫酸根等杂质，经过滤、干燥、粉碎，即得磷酸铝成品。其 A12(SO4)3+2Na3PO4→2AIPO4+3Na2SO4
