外观性质:无色至金色液体。
方法一:先将干燥的溴和新蒸过的正己酸混合，小心加入三氯化磷，加热至65-70℃，反应放出大量溴化氢，5-6h后再升温至100℃。所得产物进行减压蒸馏，收集132-140℃（2kPa）馏分，得产品2-溴己酸，产率83-89%。
