  • 方法一:由丁醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,经两步反应合成。具体工艺过程为:将267kg丁醇和32kg浓度为96%的浓硫酸加入反应釜,搅拌,升温至55℃,滴加环氧氯丙烷324kg,温度控制在55-60℃约4h加完,再在60-65℃保温2h。然后,冷却至45℃,缓缓加入四氯化锡与丁醇的混合液(5kg四氯化锡溶于5kg丁醇中),再在60-65℃保温反应4h,反应完后,减压蒸馏回收未反应的环氧氯丙烷和丁醇,直至温度达到85-95℃,真空度93.1kPa下无环氧氯丙烷和丁醇蒸出为止。得到表氯醇丁基醚。将上述反应物料冷至30-35℃,滴加浓度30%的氢氧化钠432kg,约4h加完,然后升温至35-40℃并保温反应3h,再在搅拌下加入纯苯,升温至放掉盐水和碱水,然后水洗使pH约为6.5-7。放掉洗涤水,升温常压脱苯,直至料液温度达至140℃,然后冷却放料。两步总收率以丁醇计约为95%。
