- 方法一:1.一氧化碳偶合法以PdCl2-CuCl2为催化剂，使丁醇、一氧化碳和氧反应得到乙二酸二丁酯。2.亚硝酸酯法 以Pb-C为催化剂，在存在亚硝酸酯的条件下，使一氧化碳偶合反应而得。CO的分压为4.90-6.86MPa，O2浓度为2%，催化剂浓度为50-100ppm，反应温度80-100℃，并加入10%C4H9ONO3。采用共沸蒸馏法将反应生成的水分离。3.气相合成法 采用0.92%Pb-C催化剂，在130℃、常压下由CO与C4H9ONO3制得。时空收率为662g/L·h。反应生成的NO与乙二酸二丁酯凝缩分离后，与乙醇和氧接触，再生成亚硝酸酯用于反应。4.草酸与丁醇经酯化反应，再经减压蒸馏得成品。
