  • 方法一:由亚油酸与乙醇在硫酸存在下酯化而得。将亚油酸（碘价168以上）、无水乙醇、浓硫酸投入反应器中，搅拌，加热回流4小时。蒸馏回收乙醇到无乙醇馏出为止。放冷，水洗至水层对风果红试纸不显酸性后，减压蒸馏除去水分，再收集195℃（0.93千帕）馏分即为成品。亚油酸可由豆油或葵花籽油提取，大豆油中亚油酸邻量43-56%。大豆油在精炼过程中约产生5-10%的油脚和皂脚，一般用下脚料来提取亚油酸比较经济，每吨亚油酸消耗大豆油皂脚5-5.9吨。
