  • 方法一:萃取法以氯化稀土溶液为原料,用P204-煤油-HCl-RCl3体系萃取,将稀土混合物分成轻、中、重稀土三组,再以草酸沉淀,经分离、烘干、灼烧,制得氧化钕。其 Nd2(C2O4)3→Nd2O3+3CO2+3CO 钕铁硼废料回收法经碱性洗涤去油垢后的钕铁硼原料(含钕30.02%)加人1:4 H2SO4反应至不再产生气泡为止,控制液固比4:l,终点pH为1,过滤后滤液加入2 mol/L的NaH2PO4至沉淀完全生成Nd2(SO4)3,此时pH值为2.3,而Fe 2+ 不产生沉淀。沉淀物经过滤并用0.1 mol/LH2SO4洗涤除铁。沉淀物用12 mol/LNaOH溶液经加热至140℃便生成氢氧化物,用水洗除PH4 3- ,然后再用1:4中和、溶解、过滤、浓缩、结晶成纯度高的硫酸钕结晶。再用(NH4)2CO3沉淀,经过滤、洗涤、烘干后在80℃煅烧1h得Nd2O3纯品、含量≥99.0%。钕总回收率大于90.00%。其 2Nd+3H2SO4→Nd2(SO4)3+3H2↑ Nd2(SO4)3+6NaH2PO4→2Nd(H2PO4)3↓+3Na2SO4 Nd2(H2PO4)3+9NaOH→Nd(OH)3↓+3Na3PO4+6H2O 2Nd(OH)3+3H2SO4→Nd2(SO4)3+6H2O Nd2(SO4)3+3(NH4)2CO3→Nd2(CO3)3+3(NH4)2SO4 Nd2(CO3)3→
