  • 方法一:可以用甘氨酸或氯乙酸为原料制备。分述如下。 甘氨酸为原料法 用干燥的氯化氢气体通入无水乙醇中,先制成氯化氢乙醇溶液,然后加入甘氨酸,加热搅拌进行酯化,反应温度控制在80~85℃,待甘氨酸全部溶解后,再搅拌几分钟,趁热将反应液移到结晶锅,冷却结晶,过滤,得甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐。反应方程式:NH 2 CH 2 COOH+C 2 H 5 O[HCl]→NH 2 CH 2 COOC 2 H 5 ·HCl 也可以在带有搅拌的反应器中加入甘氨酸和无水乙醇,加热至60℃,通入氯化氢气体,氯化氢通到反应物完全溶解后,继续通氯化氢至重新结晶时为终点,将反应液移至结晶锅,边搅拌,边冷却结晶、过滤,用无水乙醇洗涤、干燥得甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐。 氯乙酸为原料法 将氯乙酸、乌洛托品和无水乙醇加入到反应器中,在45℃时通人氨气,使pH=8~8.5,控制通氨气速度,以维持反应温度在40~65℃之间,通完氨气后在65℃保温反应1h,然后降温到30℃,开始滴加氯化氢-无水乙醇溶液。待滴加完后,在70℃反应2h,然后在62~65℃趁热过滤,分离出氯化铵结晶,滤液放置于结晶锅中,冷却到10℃,边搅拌,边结晶,结晶体过滤、干燥得甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐。反应方程式:ClCH 2 COOH+NH 3 [乙醇]→NH 2 CH 2 COOH[C 2 H 5 OH]→[HCl]NH 2 CH 2 COOH·HCl,用甲醇代替乙醇,可得到甘氨酸甲酯盐酸盐。反应方程式:NH 2 CH 2 COOH+CH 3 OH[HCl]→NH 2 CH 2 COOCH 3 ·HCl
