  • 外观性质:纯品是无色有芳香气味的液体。有挥发性。
  • 生产方法:脱氯化氢法 敌百虫在碱性条件下脱氯化氢生成敌敌畏。操作时控制敌百虫水悬浮液含量为25%（也可用精制敌百虫母液，加适时的敌百虫固体），敌百虫与碱的配比为1:(1.35～1.4)，采用水和甲苯（二甲苯、苯）两个溶剂，反应温度50～60℃，反应时间20～25min，终点pH值7～8。这一反应使α-羟基膦酸酯重排成磷酸酯。 反应结束静置分层，油层经薄膜蒸发回收溶剂，并得敌敌畏原油。 直接合成法 亚磷酸三甲酯的制备 见杀虫畏的制备方法。 敌敌畏的制备 此法利用亚磷酸三甲酯与三氯乙醛反应，脱去一分子氯甲烷而合成，称perkow反应。操作时将亚磷酸三甲酯（或三氯乙醛）在常温下滴加到三氯乙醛（或亚磷酸三甲酯）中，所放出热量需冷却，控制滴加温度60℃，滴毕，于70℃保温90min，亚磷酸三甲酯与三氯乙醛的配比为1:1，收率94.53%。
