- 方法一:氧化锌法将经稀释的15%磷酸溶液加入反应器中，在搅拌下缓慢加入浓度约20%的氧化锌浆液进行反应生成磷酸锌，温度保持在30℃以下，加入二水磷酸锌晶种，在Ph值为3的条件下加热至80℃，经过滤、热水洗涤、粉碎、于90℃下干燥，制得二水磷酸锌成品。其 2H3PO4+3ZnO→Zn3(PO4)2?2H2O+H2O 复分解法将磷酸三钠溶液加入反应器中，在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸锌溶液，于70～80℃下进行复分解反应，完全反应后经过滤、用水漂洗除去硫酸根离子，再经粉碎、于120℃下干燥，制得二水磷酸锌成品。其 3ZnSO4+2Na3P04→Zn3(PO4)2+3Na2SO4
