  • 方法一:以对氯苯甲醛、1-(N-乙基苯胺) 间甲基苯磺酸和对氨基苯乙醚 (p-phenetidine) 为原料，首先将对氯苯甲醛与 1-(N-乙基苯胺) 间甲基苯磺酸缩合，然后用重铬酸钾-草酸氧化该缩合产物，最后与对氨基苯乙醚缩合得产物。经盐析、过滤、干燥、粉碎得成品。。 将 1-(N-乙基苯胺) 间甲基苯磺酸用水打浆后，调整 pH 值为 3 左右，加入对氯苯甲醛，升温至 95-98℃，反应至终点。蒸出过量对氯苯甲醛后，用水稀释，降温，于 10℃以下，加入重铬酸钾、硫酸和草酸，进行氧化。反应结束于 45℃加入硫酸，析出膏状物，于 95℃真空干燥。 将对乙氧基苯胺加热至 70℃，然后加入上述产物，升温至 100℃，反应 3-6h 至终点。于 70℃加入稀盐酸稀释，过滤，热水洗涤，干燥得产物。
