• 方法二:赤磷与锌混合均匀后，于500～600℃密闭点火烧成磷化锌，反应时间2h，冷却后粉碎包装。
• 职业标准:TLA-TWA 0.1 毫克/ 立方米
• 用途三:高毒、急性无机杀鼠剂。鼠吞食后即与胃液中的盐酸作用，放出剧毒的磷化氢，使鼠类中枢神经系统麻痹，血压下降，休克致死。用于杀灭家鼠、田鼠及其他啮齿类动物。应用时一般配成毒饵，连续投药，鼠会产生拒食现象，可与其他杀鼠剂配合使用。 磷化锌还可用于树木保护，其原理是磷化锌遇酸释放出剧毒的磷化氢气体，将蛀干类害虫杀灭。目前使用的是熏蒸毒签。制作方法：将阿拉伯胶加水，加热溶解后加入定量的磷化锌，混均后用竹签一端蘸之。晾干后再蘸以草酸、阿拉伯胶，制成毒签。应用时插入有活虫的树洞中，深度3～9cm。也可按磷化锌：草酸为1:3(或1：4）混合后直接装入医用胶囊，使用时将胶囊堵住蛀干害虫损蚀过的洞口即可，防治效果96%。
