  • 方法一:将滴滴涕以二氯乙烷为溶剂，加1%偶氮二异丁腈作催化剂，于80～90℃通入氯气反应2h，然后减压蒸出溶剂。 水解 氯化产物水解反应在对甲苯磺酸33%、硫酸33%、水33%的混合酸性介质中进行，并以芳基碘酸或低级烷基磺酸为促进剂，于135～150℃反应5～6h，而后加入适量低沸点溶剂二氯乙烷和水，形成油水两层，提取油层，并用稀碱液和水洗涤后，减压蒸出溶剂，即得三氯杀螨醇原药。
