  • 外观形状:白色结晶粉末或结晶状固体,带醋酸气味,无毒,具有乙酸气味。双乙酸钠(126-96-5)除具有优良的防霉、防腐、保鲜功效,还可以增强食欲,促进饲料的转化吸收,提高饲料中的蛋白质的利用率。广泛用于防霉剂、防腐剂、调味剂,消毒剂和PH调节剂。

  • 方法三:(1)乙酸与碳酸钠反应。将碳酸钠5.3g(0.05mol)和水2mL加入反应瓶,搅拌升温至40℃,开始缓慢滴加冰醋酸12.0g(0.2mol)。滴完后在80℃下反应4h,冷却结晶、过滤。滤液再浓缩结晶,合并两次白色晶体物,烘干得产品13.6g,收率95.8%。 (2)乙酸-乙酐与碳酸钠反应。将9.2g碳酸钠加入8.4mL得醋酐,均匀润湿后分批加入13mL醋酸。搅拌一定时间后,经静置、干燥得产品24.6g。 还可将碳酸钠5.3g(0.05mol)和3mL水投入反应瓶,搅拌混合升温至40℃,开始交错滴加冰醋酸6.0g(0.1mol)和醋酐5.1g(0.05mol),滴完继续再70℃反应3h。冷却至室温,结晶过滤,滤液浓缩再结晶。合并两次晶体,烘干得产物13.7g,收率96.5%。 (3)乙酸与乙酸钠气相反应。以氮气或四氯化碳为流动介质,将醋酸钠和醋酸按化学式计量在硫化床反应器中,20-200℃下反应制得双乙酸钠。此法生产能力大,但条件控制严格,废气中得酸必须回收。(4)乙酸与乙酸钠在45%的乙醇中反应。将8.2g(0.1mol)醋酸钠加入5mL50%的乙醇。搅拌均匀后加热至60℃。开始滴加6.0g(0.1mol)醋酸钠,继续在60-80℃下搅拌反应4h。然后冷却至室温,静置结晶,过滤得白色晶体物,滤液浓缩后再结晶,烘干得双乙酸钠13.3g,收率93.7%。
