- Reaction with n-BuLi gives 2-lithio-pyridine. Subsequent reaction at low temperatures with PCl3 gives, as the major product, 2,2'-bipyridine, along with a low yield of the expected tris(2-pyridyl)phosphine. - 方法一:由2-氨基吡啶经溴化而得。工业生产中是先将氢溴酸（48%以上）冷至0℃以下，慢慢加入2-氨基吡啶，然后在盐浴冷冻下滴加液溴，加入速度以控制反应温度在-5℃以下为宜。加完后滴加亚硝酸钠水溶液，控制反应温度在0℃以下，搅拌20-30min，滴加50%氢氧化钠溶液，反应液用乙醚提取、水洗，以无水硫酸钠干燥、过滤，回收乙醚，残留物经减压蒸馏，收集88℃-94℃/3333Pa馏份，即得成品，收率83.8%。
