  • 杂环类内吸性杀菌剂:敌菌灵又称防霉灵、代灵,是一种杀菌谱较广的杂环类内吸性杀菌剂,属低毒杀菌剂,纯品为白色晶体。不溶于水,易溶于大多数有机溶剂。化学性质稳定。对交链孢属、尾孢属、葡柄霉属、葡萄孢属等真菌特别有效,对水稻瘟病、胡麻叶斑病、瓜类炭疽病、霜霉病、黑星病、烟草赤星病、番茄斑枯病等有效。剂型有粉剂、可湿性粉剂及颗粒剂等。主要用于防治蔬菜和水稻等多种作物的灰霉病及其他多种病害。对人畜毒性很低。大鼠口服LD502710mg/kg,对皮肤有刺激作用。日本农药注册保留标准规定果品 (草莓除外)、蔬菜、甜菜等最高容许浓度为10mg/kg,草莓为20mg/kg。

  • 使用方法:主要用于叶面喷雾。50%敌菌灵可湿性粉剂由有效成分、填料和表面活性剂等组成,外观为黄褐色粉末,悬浮率≥34%,水分含量≤3%,pH6~9,常温下储存2 年,有效成分含量变化不大。 (1)防治黄瓜霜霉病。用50%敌菌灵可湿性粉剂400~500倍液,发病初期喷药,喷600~1200kg/hm2药液,一般喷3~4次,间隔期为7天。 (2)防治水稻稻瘟病。用50敌菌灵可湿性粉剂500倍液,在叶瘟发生初期和水稻破口期各喷1次,喷750~900kg/hm2药液(含有效成分750~900g)。 (3)防治烟草赤星病。50%敌菌灵可湿性粉400倍液。在发病初期喷药,喷600~900kg/ hm2药液(有效成分750~1050g)。 (4)防治番茄斑枯病。50%敌菌灵可湿性粉4500倍液,在发病初期喷药,喷600~900kg/hm2药液(有效成分600~900g)。
  • 方法二:在缚酸剂存在下,三聚氯氰与邻苯胺在85℃反应即得敌菌灵。原料消耗定额:三聚氯氰550kg/t、邻氯苯胺460kg/t。
  • 方法一:邻硝基氯苯还原制得邻氯苯胺,三聚氯氰的制备方法见均三嗪类除草剂。在缚酸剂存在下,邻氯苯胺与三聚氯氰于85℃反应制得敌菌灵。
