  • 方法一:采用复分解法。先将硬脂酸以20倍重量的热水溶解,在90℃左右加入浓度10波美的烧碱,生成稀皂液。然后,在同一温度下加入硝酸铅溶液进行复分解。产生的硬脂酸沉淀用水洗涤,离心脱水,再于100℃左右进行干燥,即得成品。原料消耗定额:硬脂酸(酸值198-205,碘值<4)740kg/t、烧碱(30%)370kg/t、乙酸铅(98%)540kg/t。
