  • 方法一:由苯酚经酰化、转位而得。将苯酚和乙酰氯混合,缓缓加热直至氯化氢停止逸出,得到粗制的乙酸苯酯。加入硝基苯中,在冷却下投入三氯化铝,加完后在室温搅拌2-3h。然后倒入冷水中,加入1:3盐酸至清亮为止。用乙醚提取,再用提取液回收乙醚,然后进行水蒸气蒸馏,硝基苯及副产物邻羟基苯乙酮随时水蒸气蒸出,对羟基苯乙酮留在残液内。用乙醚提取残液,回收乙醚后冷却结晶即得粗品,用水重结晶即为成品。上述酰化操作可用乙酐代替乙酰氯,将苯酚与乙酐加热回流3h,即生成乙酸苯酯,收率约83%。在无水三氯化铝作用下转位也
