  • 上游原料:挥发性漆稀释剂 --> 一氯二氟甲烷
  • 方法一:四氟乙烯的制备由二氟氯甲烷高温热裂解而得。反应方程式:2CHClF 2 →CF 2 =CF 2 +2HCl 采用衬铂管为裂解反应管,采用过热水蒸气为稀释剂,在600~900℃ 温度下进行裂解,得到四氟乙烯。经冷却分离,再水洗、碱洗除去其中的氯化氢,再于-20℃、2.02 MPa加压精馏,可得到含量为99.9%以上的聚合级纯品。
