  • 方法一:将乳酸乙酯冷却至-78℃以下，加入液氨，使此混合物在压热釜中升至室温，24h后排出过量的氨。加无水乙醚溶除反应混合物中未反应的乳酸乙酯和反应生成的乙醇，过滤，用乙醚洗涤滤饼，干燥，得乳酰胺。收率70-74%。
