• 含量分析:取预经105℃干燥2h的试样3g(称准到mg)，放入一蒸馏瓶中，加50%磷酸200ml。煮沸2h并收集馏出液。在蒸馏过程中通过滴液漏斗加水，使蒸馏瓶中容积保持约200ml。用酚酞试液(TS-167)作指示剂，用lmol/L NaOH液滴定馏出液。每Ml Imol/LNaOH液相当于丙酸钾(C3 H5KO2)112.17mg。
