  • 方法一:其制备方法是以氨基乙腈、乙酸和亚硝酸钠进行重氮化反应得到重氮乙腈,将硫化氢通入重氮乙腈和三乙胺的二氯甲烷溶液而得到产品。重氮乙腈溶液很不稳定,易发生爆炸,要特别注意。 也可用氯乙醛和肼甲酸乙酯反应得到ClCH 2 CN=NNHCOOC 2 H 5 ,再进一步与氯化亚砜反应,环合得到5-氯-1,2,3-噻二唑,然后在二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中将5-氯-1,2,3-噻二唑与氨气反应而得到产品。
  • 用途二:5-氨基-1,2,3-噻二唑是脱叶剂赛草隆的中间体。
