  • 方法二:由甲胺与光气反应制得。将40%的甲胺水溶液汽化,经干燥后与光气以1:1.3的配比(体积),甲胺以4m3/h,光气以8.6m3/h(含量60%-70%)的速度分别进入预热器预热,甲胺预热温度控制在220-260℃,光气控制在200-240℃。预热的两种气体进入试管,在280-300℃合成,得气体甲氨甲酰氯。然后四氯化碳(或氯苯溶液)在0-20℃循环吸收,得10%左右的甲氨甲酰氯(或氯苯)溶液,或者经35-40℃以下冷却成液态成品。
