Appearance #EndEditable "Content" 无色针状或棱柱状晶体。熔点82℃,沸点192℃(3.6kPa)。溶于乙醇、乙醚和石油,不溶于水,可溶于碱的水溶液,溶于浓硫酸呈黄色。在蒸汽中稍有挥发,遇氯化铁呈棕色。 制备方法:由2-萘酚与氯仿反应而得。在反应锅内加入乙醇、2-萘酚,加热至40℃,搅拌0.5h。再加入30%氢氧化钠溶液,升温至75℃,滴加氯仿,控制反应温度为78℃。加完后,在78℃保温2h。然后升至90℃,蒸出乙醇和过量氯仿,蒸完后,冷却至30℃以下,静置分层6h。过滤,滤液加水搅拌,加热至60℃,用盐酸中和至pH为2-3。冷却,过滤,滤饼在60℃以下干燥,得成品。 用途:该品是有机合成中间体,也是测定钯、铍的分析试剂。2-羟基-1-萘甲醛与丙二酸二乙酯在乙酐存在下成环,可合成荧光增白剂PEB。将28kg2-羟基-1-萘甲醛、29kg丙二酸二乙酯和50kg乙酐加入反应锅内,搅拌,加热升温至130℃,回流8h。停止加热,继续搅拌1h。冷却至80℃,静置24h。吸滤,用10%纯碱液洗涤饼,再用清水将滤饼洗至中性。然后将滤饼加入40kg酒精中,加热溶解。冷却,过滤。滤饼用少量乙醇冲洗,再于60℃烘干,粉碎,得荧光增白剂PEB标准品36kg。荧光增白剂PEB主要用于赛璐咯白料、聚氯乙烯、乙酸纤维等白料的增白和色料的增艳。
