  • 方法一:由5-硝基糠醛在氯化锌存在下与丙酮、碳酸氨基胍缩合制得。收率可达50%以上,按日本《动物用医药品公定书》规定,含量应在98%以上。
  • 上游原料:5-硝基糠醛 --> 氨基胍
  • 用途一:硝呋烯腙为畜禽生长促进剂,具有促旱灾生长、提高饲料转化率的作用。经过许多国家多年应用,证明有良好效果。以本品20ppm拌饲,从断猪开始直到上市,可增重7%,提高饲料转化率5%,对猪的健康、胴体质量、肉质味道均无影响。本品对羔羊、肉鸡也促进生长的作用。大鼠口服LD50>10克/公斤,小鼠为6.4克/公斤以上。本品不被胃肠道吸收,在组织中极少残留。
