  • 溴化锂制冷系统中溴化锂溶液的配制:从市场购入的溴化锂有浓度为50%左右的溶液或溴化锂的固体。如溴化锂溶液呈无色状,需要添加重量百分比为0.3%左右的铬酸锂缓蚀剂。添加前应先将铬酸锂溶解在蒸馏水中,然后再加入溴化锂溶液中。添加铬酸锂后的溴化锂溶液,pH值为9.5~10.5时,对金属材料耐腐蚀性能较好。 溴化锂溶液pH值的测定采用pH计或pH试纸,即将溶液搅拌均匀后,用吸液管吸出2mL并用5~10倍的蒸馏水稀释,即可测定。如pH值过小呈酸性反应,溶液中可加入适量的氢氧化锂;如pH值过大呈碱性反应,溶液中可加入适量的溴氢酸。 当采用固体的溴化锂配制溶液时,分别称量所需配制的固体溴化锂和蒸馏水,固体溴化锂逐步加入蒸馏水中并进行搅拌。铬酸锂缓蚀剂的加入和pH值的调整与上述相同。 在制冷系统中,为提高溴化锂机组的制冷能力,必须使冷凝器管外冷剂蒸汽的膜状凝结变为珠状凝结,增加冷凝器和吸收器的传热和传质效果,因此在溴化锂溶液中按重量比例加入0.1%~0.3%的正辛醇或异辛醇。
  • 概述:分子式Li2CrO4,分子量129.87,铬酸锂二水合物为黄色易潮解结晶性粉末。74.6℃时失去水为无水物。极易溶于水。在甲醇和乙醇中可制得无水盐。密封保存。用作试剂,水冷型原子能反应堆作缓蚀剂,溶液用作低温传热介质。
