  • 方法一:其制备方法是用1-苯基丙酮为原料进行溴化得到1-苯基-1-溴丙酮，再与苯在无水三氯化铝存在下进行傅氏反应得到产品。 也可以用丙酮在反应塔中通入氯气，液温控制在25～40℃，生成三氯丙酮，然后在反应釜中加入三氯丙酮，在60～80℃滴加还原剂溶液，滴加完加热蒸发溶剂，1～3 h后升温至110～120℃反应结束。然后在水解釜中加入稀盐酸，并在搅拌下滴加上述还原剂反应液进行水解，分层，将下层粗品进行减压蒸馏，得80～85℃/8.0kPa馏分为三氯异丙醇，冷却得到略带灰白色棱状结晶，然后在反应釜中加入苯和无水三氯化铝，搅拌下滴加三氯异丙醇和苯组成的溶液，反应温度为30～40℃，滴加完再反应1 h，然后将反应物在水解釜中水解未反应的三氯化铝，水解温度不超过70℃，水解毕分层，在常压下脱苯，减压蒸馏得产品。
