• 方法一:由硫氰酸乙酯与氯反应而得。将200g硫氰酸乙酯悬浮于200ml水中，于0-5℃剧烈搅拌下通入氯气，直到反应液出现持久黄色为止。然后通压缩空气将氯气赶出，分出油层，用乙醚萃取，先后用二硫化钠、碳酸钠洗涤。用氯化钙干燥后，减压分馏，收集71-72℃（2.67kPa）馏分，得产品约230g。收率约79%。
