  • 方法一:三氯乙酰氯的合成方法较多，从原料来源、成本、工艺等方面综合考虑，工业上采用在催化剂存在下，由三氯乙酸和氯化亚砜进行酰氯化反应的路线。 在500L搪瓷反应釜中，加入约400kg熔融的三氯乙酸和适量催化剂，在搅拌下升温至80～100℃，慢慢滴加氯化亚砜350kg，生成的HCl和SO 2 气体，分别用水和碱液吸收。加完后回流4h，将生成的三氯乙酰氯蒸出，收集117～120℃淡黄色馏分，即为三氯乙酰氯产品，含量95％以上。由于三氯乙酰氯化学性质活泼，易发生水解和热分解等副反应，所以反应需在温度≤100℃和无水条件下进行。采用复合催化剂，可显著加快反应速度，提高酰氯化收率。另外，由于副产物氯化氢和二氧化硫会带出一部分氯化亚砜，所以氯化亚砜需适当过量。 从减少环境污染等方面考虑，也可在紫外线催化下，以四氯乙烯为原料，直接氧化合成三氯乙酰氯。CCl 2 =CCl 2 [O 2 , UV]→CCl 3 COCl
