  • 方法一:由二乙醇胺和氯化亚砜反应得到。将氯化亚砜溶于氯仿中,于0℃以下滴加二乙醇胺和氯仿的混合液。控制滴加速度,使温度维持在-4-6℃,加完后,保温搅拌30min。再在室温搅拌1h,加热至60-65℃,待结晶全部析出后,加无水乙醇,加热回流使全部溶解。趁热倒出,自然冷却,析出结晶。次日过滤,用氯仿或无水乙醇洗涤2次。干燥,得成品,收率76%。
