上游原料:四氯化碳 --> 亚硫酸氢钠溶液 --> 1,3-二氟苯
方法一:由间二氟苯溴化而得。将间二氟苯与四氯化碳及铁粉混合，搅拌加热至45℃左右，慢慢滴加由溴与四氯化碳组成的溶液，滴完后继续搅拌30min，至无色烟产生为止。冷却，加入20%亚硫酸氢钠溶液，搅拌至无色。分出有机层，用10%氢氧化钠液洗涤，水洗至中性。用无水硫酸钠干燥过夜。进行常压蒸馏，收集144-148℃馏分，得到本品，收率83%.
用途二:用于合成广谱低毒深部抗真菌药物氟康唑（fluconazole)等的中间体。
