  • 方法一:二甲氨基甲酰氯是由二甲胺与光气反应制得。反应方程式:(CH 3 ) 2 NH+COCl 2 →(CH 3 ) 2 NCOCl 将甲苯加入反应锅内,在冷却的条件下通入光气吸收至计算量。在另一锅中由二甲胺水溶液发生气体二甲胺,经干燥后通入光气甲苯溶液中反应。反应结束后过滤除去盐酸盐,减压蒸馏,收集75℃(3.33kPa)馏分即为二甲氨基甲酰氯,收率55%。 二甲氨基甲酰氯还可由N,N-二甲基甲酰胺与三氯化磷反应后,再与氯化亚砜反应制得。反应方程式如下:HCON(CH 3 ) 2 +PCl 3 →[(CH 3 ) 2 N+=CHOPCl 2 ]Cl - [SOCl 2 ]→(CH 3 )2NCOCl 另外,亦可以Pd、PdCl 2 或RhCl 3 为催化剂,由二甲基氯化铵与一氧化碳反应制得。反应方程式:(CH 3 ) 2 NCl+CO[催化剂]→(CH 3 ) 2 NCOCl
