  • 方法一:由丁二酸与五氯化磷反应而得。将丁二酸、五氯化磷和无水氯仿依次加入反应锅，激烈反应转缓时，加热至回流，待反应物全部变液体时蒸去低沸物回收氯仿，然后减压蒸馏回收氧氯化磷，将残液进一步加热，继续减压蒸馏，收集95-110℃（2.67kPa）馏分，即为丁二酰氯。收率88%左右。
