  • 方法一:由2,4-二硝基氯苯加压氨解而得。在氨解反应锅内加入15kg拉开粉(1,2-二丁基萘-6-磺酸钠)、300kg2,4-二硝基氯苯、1350L氨水(含氨150kg),加热,在1h左右升温到80℃,停止加热。控制反应温度为108-110℃,压力为0.35-0.4MPa。保温反应4h后泄压。放出的氨气用水吸收回用。反应液冷却至35℃以下过滤,滤饼用冷水洗涤到接近中性,得成品。收率90-95%。
