  • 方法一:(1)由对硝基苯乙酮还原:将氯化亚锡、浓盐酸放入反应罐,冷却,搅拌加入对硝基苯乙酮。自然升温至90℃时,急冷至85℃,继续冷至室温,搅拌1h,过滤,滤饼加过量氢氧化钠溶液分解复合物。过滤,得对氨基苯乙酮粗品,用稀乙醇时得重结晶可得熔点105-106℃的精品。收率61%用铁粉和氯化钠代替氯化亚锡也可进行还原反应。(2)由乙酰苯胺、乙酐制得乙酰氨基苯乙酮,再水解、中和而得。乙酐、乙酰苯、无水氯化锌混合保持微沸5h,稍冷,倒入浓盐酸,回流水解5h,放置至室温,加入25%氢氧化钠至调节pH为7-8,通入蒸汽赶去苯胺,加脱色炭过滤,减压浓缩,冷却得橙黄色结晶。滤干得粗品。再用水进行重结晶提纯。
