  • 方法一:由异丁酸经氯化得到异丁酰氯后，再经酰胺化而得。将异丁酰氯在强烈搅拌下滴加到浓氨水中，控制加料速度，使温度不超过15℃。加完后再搅拌1h，将混合物在减压下蒸发至干，残留物为异丁酰胺和氯化铵。向残留物中加入乙酸乙酯，煮沸10min，过滤，再经真空干燥而得成品。
